• The Freedom Sale went live exclusively on Air India Express’s website and app on August 10 and opened on all major booking platforms from August 11 until the August 15 booking deadline.
• It offers three tiers—Xpress Lite fares from Rs 1,279 domestic and Rs 4,279 international without checked baggage, Xpress Value fares including luggage from Rs 1,379 and Rs 4,479, and Xpress Biz business-class style seating on more than 40 new aircraft.
• Passengers can travel under the offer from August 19, 2024, to March 31, 2026, covering key festivals such as Onam, Durga Puja, Deepawali and Christmas.
• The airline’s fleet now stands at 116 aircraft operating over 500 daily flights to 38 domestic and 17 international destinations.
• The campaign commemorates India’s 79th Independence Day and reflects Air India Express’s drive to boost connectivity and affordability.
