Air India Announces Major International Route and Fleet Upgrades for 2025
The airline will introduce optimized schedules, upgraded aircraft, and expanded connections between North America, Europe, Southeast Asia, and Australia via hubs in Delhi and Mumbai.
- Air India will deploy its flagship A350 and B777 aircraft with upgraded cabin interiors on key routes to Southeast Asia, Europe, the U.S., and the UK starting in 2025.
- From January 16, the retrofitted A320neo will operate all Delhi-Bangkok flights, offering refreshed interiors across Economy, Premium Economy, and Business Class.
- A fourth daily Delhi-Bangkok flight will begin on January 1, enhancing connectivity between Bangkok and major North American and European cities via Delhi.
- The former Vistara A321neo and B787-9 aircraft will replace older planes on routes such as Mumbai-Frankfurt, Delhi-Frankfurt, and Mumbai-Singapore, providing features like fully flat beds in Business Class and consistent Premium Economy availability.
- Optimized flight schedules for routes like Delhi-Frankfurt and Delhi-Paris will include daytime and nighttime departures, enabling seamless one-stop connections between North America, Europe, Australia, and Southeast Asia.
