• About an hour into flight AI-314 from Delhi to Hong Kong on June 1 the Boeing 787’s door seal began leaking, causing shaking and hissing noises
• Flight attendants stuffed paper napkins into the door gap to silence the leak and the aircraft continued to its destination
• Post-landing inspections by Air India engineers confirmed all safety parameters were in compliance and the jet was cleared for its return service
