• Peter Willoughby was last seen on Sunday afternoon after setting out on a walk about 2 kilometres from the Hollybank forest reserve.
• Police say he has a medical condition that could cause disorientation, increasing concern for his welfare.
• He was wearing a dark blue jumper, blue jeans and sneakers, and any sightings should be reported to 131 444.
