Overview
- Aina opened early-bird preorders at a $399 price point on Thursday, Nov. 5, 2026, and said retail will be $499 with shipping scheduled to begin in January 2027.
- The ring houses a small screen, a joystick-style button, a microphone and a speaker so users can view confirmations, quickly accept or reject agent suggestions, speak to agents, and take calls without pulling out a phone.
- Aina’s software uses a Context Aware Operating System that surfaces routine-based prompts called “Aina Cues,” which suggest actions like resuming a podcast or ordering a ride and let the wearer flick yes to execute them.
- At launch the product supports iPhones and Macs and will rely on native integrations plus virtual-browser hookups to third-party agents such as Muse and Instinct for services that are not yet directly supported.
- The device builds on prototypes shown at CES 2026 and Dune trials and tries to solve a human-friction problem by placing on-device confirmation and visibility at the centre of trust, but broad adoption will depend on app integrations and reliable display confirmation.
