• AIMIM published an initial slate of 32 assembly constituencies across 16 districts in Bihar, with candidate names to be announced later.
• AIMIM’s Bihar chief Akhtarul Iman reaffirmed a plan to contest about 100 seats in the November election.
• The list spans Seemanchal strongholds such as Kishanganj, Araria, Katihar and Purnea, as well as districts including Gaya, Bhagalpur, Siwan and Jamui.
