- Candidates can view their assigned institute by logging into the official counselling portal at aiimsexams.ac.in under the 'My Page' section, which is enabled only for eligible users.
- Online acceptance and in‑person reporting with documents and the security deposit run from December 30, 11:00 am to January 6, 5:00 pm, and missing these steps may forfeit the seat.
- Allocations are made strictly in order of merit among candidates who registered within the specified window, and preferences cannot be edited after the choice‑filling period closed.
- After logging in, candidates may accept and exit further rounds or accept while remaining eligible for upgradation in subsequent counselling.
- Round 2 allotment is scheduled for January 20 and will use the preferences already submitted, with any unfilled general, sponsored or foreign national seats carried forward.
