Overview

• The government has sanctioned 127 positions—29 faculty and 98 non-faculty—with multiple interview rounds planned over the coming year.
• New capital commitments include Rs 123 crore for Himachal Pradesh in 2025–26, with Rs 73.13 crore for a maternal and child wing and allocations to medical colleges in Hamirpur, Nahan, Bilaspur and Mandi.
