• Ashley Sutton received a five-second penalty for track-limits breaches late in the race and was relegated to 11th, a change that removed him from the top ten and reshaped finishing positions.
• Ricky Collard made a strong start but then slid into the gravel at Paddock Hill Bend on lap three, dropping positions and altering the mid-pack battles for places.
