• The agency’s public warning power was introduced under legislation two years ago and can only be used when there is a reasonable belief of serious risk to the public.
• Terzi is set to return to Perth Magistrates Court for a hearing to determine his trial date on the criminal charges.
• AHPRA has called on anyone who suspects they received treatment from Terzi since February 26 to contact its Criminal Offences Unit with relevant information.
