Overview

• The Cadila bridge segment installation between Sabarmati and Vatva will continue until November 15, keeping the BRTS corridor out of service.
• BRTS buses will operate outside the corridor, with normal traffic allowed at night on the side of the bridge where work is not underway.
• The Saraspur station pillar work now closes a 500‑metre stretch from RC Technical Institute to Faizan School for roughly three months, expanding from an initial 25‑metre closure.
• Designated diversions include routes via the railway parcel office and gurdwara for vehicles from Faizan School, and gurdwara‑to‑Faizan School routes for traffic from Kalupur Metro Station.
• The Ahmedabad City Police issued the notifications, signed by JCP (Traffic) NN Chaudhari, advising commuters to follow traffic guidelines and plan alternate routes during the high‑speed rail construction.
