• The Feria de la Uva: Sabor, Tierra y Tradición is set for August 16 to 24, marking its comeback after a 40-year absence.
• Officials have allocated 22 million pesos for promotion and infrastructure to reactivate the regional wine sector.
• Over 200 internationally awarded wine labels will be showcased alongside local mezcal, craft beer, cheeses, traditional sweets and crafts.
• The Instituto Cultural de Aguascalientes will host more than 200 cultural events and three free concerts featuring Karen Souza, Pandora and Flans, and Amanda Miguel.
• Plaza San Marcos will stage three Vendimia bullfights, traditional bull releases, a ‘vacas locas’ rally and tauromaquia workshops for visitors of all ages.
