• The agency will complete mailing of notices to approximately 247,000 re-admitted applicants by June 30, 2025.
• Notices arrive via registered mail or certified email based on the address provided and can be accessed in each applicant’s reserved online portal.
• Recipients must pay the full amount in a single installment by July 31, 2025, or choose up to ten equal installments with deadlines running through November 30, 2027.
• Under the 2023 Budget Law, Rottamazione-Quater covers debts from January 2000 to June 2022 by waiving penalties, interest charges and collection agency fees.
• Each letter includes a breakdown of outstanding capital, pre-filled payment forms and instructions for requesting automatic bank account domiciliation.
