AGCO Proposes 60-Day Suspension of Windsor Bar’s Liquor Licence After Fatal Crash Linked to Over-Service

The bar can appeal the proposed penalty to the Licence Appeal Tribunal within 15 days.

Overview

  • Ontario’s alcohol regulator issued a Notice of Proposal seeking a 60-day suspension for Just Your Average Joes Sports Bar in Windsor.
