After Police Search, Bárbara Falcão Renews Abuse Claims Against Dennis DJ as Custody Remains With Him

The DJ denies wrongdoing, citing a 2022 decision to archive earlier complaints.

Overview

  • Rio police executed court-ordered searches on Oct. 8 at addresses linked to Falcão as part of a sealed investigation, and she says officers found no illicit items.
  • Falcão publicly alleged physical, sexual, psychological and patrimonial violence on Oct. 9–10 and said she is barred from speaking with the couple’s six-year-old son.
  • Dennis DJ and his attorneys rejected the allegations and said similar complaints were reviewed and archived by state prosecutors in 2022 for lack of evidence.
  • Custody of the child has been with Dennis since an April 2025 ruling by the 1st Family Court in Barra da Tijuca, and his team says there is a protective order for the minor with visitation set by the court.
  • Falcão says she obtained a protective order against Dennis and reopened an aggression case, while relatives and his current partner publicly defended him as proceedings continue under judicial secrecy.
