The show, produced by CBS Studios, Spartina Industries and Funny Or Die, will air each weeknight following 'The Late Show with Stephen Colbert'.
'After Midnight' is described as 'the smartest show on television about the dumbest things on the Internet' and will feature a rotating panel of guests.
The program is replacing 'The Late Late Show with James Corden', who left in April after eight seasons.
Stephen Colbert, host of 'The Late Show With Stephen Colbert', serves as an executive producer for the new show.
