Overview
- AEV’s FXL program for F-250 and F-350 SRW fits 40-inch BFGoodrich HD-Terrain tires using an approximately 4-inch DualSport suspension with AEV-tuned Bilstein shocks.
- Stamped-steel front and high-clearance rear bumpers join oversized HighMark fender flares, with the front bumper accommodating a winch and retaining factory ADAS functionality.
- Turnkey trucks will be delivered through authorized Ford dealers with the factory warranty preserved, while components will also be sold individually for DIY builds.
- AEV says the FXL debuts at the Detroit Auto Show this week, with mid-2026 targeted for turnkey and parts availability and pricing yet to be announced.
- Support for F-450 and F-550 is planned later in 2026, including 10-lug Katmai wheels in the fall and a heavy-duty brush guard as a late-availability option.
