Overview
- Mexico City–Barcelona will run six times weekly from March 28 to October 24, 2026 on Boeing 787 Dreamliners, offering roughly 3,000 seats per week.
- Monterrey–Paris Charles de Gaulle begins April 13, 2026 with three weekly Boeing 787 flights and about 1,500 weekly seats.
- Once Barcelona starts, Aeroméxico projects up to 40 weekly flights to Spain, complementing its Madrid services from Mexico City, Guadalajara and Monterrey.
- The Barcelona relaunch was arranged with Barcelona’s Route Development Committee and regional tourism and government partners.
- Aeroméxico last operated Mexico City–Barcelona until March 2020, and Emirates has flown Mexico–Dubai via Barcelona since its 2019 launch.
