Adrian Appiolaza Appointed as New Creative Director of Moschino
Former Loewe and Chloe designer set to debut his first collection at Milan Fashion Week in February
- Adrian Appiolaza, former design director for women’s ready-to-wear at Loewe and Chloe, has been named the new creative director of Moschino.
- Appiolaza's first collection for Moschino will debut on Feb. 22 during the Fall-Winter 2024 womenswear previews of Milan Fashion Week.
- He will oversee the women’s, men’s and accessories collections of Moschino, reporting to Massimo Ferretti, executive chairman of the brand’s parent company, Aeffe SpA.
- Appiolaza succeeds Davide Renne, who died suddenly late last year after only days on the job.
- Appiolaza is known for his creativity and knowledge of the history of fashion, and is expected to bring a fresh face to Moschino.
