Overview
- I-17 is narrowed to two or three lanes between Dixileta Drive and Dove Valley Road from 2 a.m. Saturday to 2 a.m. Sunday for work zone setup.
- The southbound I-17 on-ramp at Dove Valley Road and the southbound off-ramp at Loop 303/Sonoran Desert Drive close from 2 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, and the northbound off-ramp at Loop 303/Sonoran Desert Drive closes later Saturday until early Sunday.
- Detours route drivers via the I-17/Dove Valley Road interchange and 43rd Avenue, and ADOT notes schedules may be adjusted as work progresses.
- In Chandler, the southbound Loop 101 primary ramp to eastbound Loop 202 is closed for about two weeks starting Friday night, with the HOV ramp remaining open; eastbound Loop 202 is reduced to two lanes this weekend and the Arizona Avenue on-ramp is closed.
- Planned improvements include new direct connecting ramps, a third general-purpose lane on Loop 303, new bridges for a future 67th Avenue interchange, a widened Sonoran Desert Drive exit ramp, upgraded lighting, drainage work, and new overhead signs.
