Overview
- Premiere for iPhone and iPad is available now on the App Store as a free download, with an Android version in development.
- The mobile app offers an unlimited multi-track timeline, frame-accurate editing, 4K HDR support, animated and auto-generated captions, and AI-powered Enhance Speech for cleaner audio.
- Firefly integration enables generative sound effects from voice input or prompts, as well as the creation of images, stickers, and transition clips, with usage metered by purchasable credits.
- Creators get one-tap export presets for TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Instagram, plus the ability to hand off projects to Premiere Pro on desktop via Adobe Cloud, though desktop-to-mobile transfer is not yet supported.
- Adobe is removing Premiere Rush from the iPhone App Store with a year of continued support for existing users, and it says user content remains owned by creators and is not used to train its AI models.
