Overview

  • The new subscription is available globally in English starting now at $24.99 per month for individuals and $29.99 for teams, includes a free trial, and is sold separately from existing Acrobat plans.
  • PDF Spaces let users pull up to 100 items—including PDFs, public web pages, and Microsoft 365 files—into a single conversational workspace.
  • Prebuilt and customizable AI Assistants (Analyst, Instructor, Entertainer or user-defined) summarize, explain, analyze and provide recommendations with clickable citations back to source documents.
  • Adobe Express Premium and Firefly are integrated so users can turn insights into presentations, infographics, and text-to-image or text-to-video assets without leaving the workspace.
  • Entire Spaces and assistants can be shared for collaboration, with Adobe citing enterprise-grade encryption, while launch limits include English-only generative features and no analysis of video, handwriting or password-protected files.
