Adobe Adds Gemini 2.5 Flash Image to Firefly, With Express Support Coming Sept. 1

  • Gemini 2.5 Flash Image is now live in Firefly’s Text to Image workspace and in Firefly Boards (beta).
  • Adobe Express access begins September 1, with Premium members getting unlimited Gemini generations until September 1 and free plans receiving 20 generations.
  • Adobe positions Firefly as a multi‑model hub that includes partner options from Google, OpenAI and Black Forest Labs to reduce tool switching.
  • Creators can generate visuals in Firefly and then refine, resize, animate or publish across Adobe Express, Photoshop, Illustrator and Premiere.
  • Adobe reiterates that user content will not be used to train generative models and that Content Credentials attach to AI outputs for traceability.
