ADNOC, Masdar, XRG and Microsoft Seal Alliance to Scale AI and Power Datacentre Growth

At ADIPEC, ADNOC’s chief urged over $4 trillion a year for grids, data centres, plus broader energy supply to meet AI-driven demand.

Overview

  • The expanded pact commits ADNOC and Microsoft to co-develop AI agents for autonomous operations across ADNOC’s value chain.
  • Masdar and XRG will build low‑carbon energy projects to support Microsoft’s global datacentre expansion.
  • ADNOC signed three agreements with Gecko Robotics covering a multi‑year rollout of the Cantilever system at ADNOC Gas, wider use of robotics and AI analytics, and joint training through the ADNOC Technical Academy.
