• Adani Power has formalized a 25-year agreement to supply 1,500 MW of thermal power to Uttar Pradesh at Rs 5.383 per unit.

• The plant is expected to begin power supply by FY30, addressing Uttar Pradesh's projected 11,000 MW increase in thermal demand by 2033-34.
