• On July 24, 2025, Adani and MetTube executed a reciprocal stake swap, giving each a 50% share in Kutch Copper Tubes Ltd. and MetTube Copper India Private Ltd.
• The partnership integrates Adani’s 0.5 million tonne-per-annum Mundra refinery and KCTL plant with MetTube’s Ahmedabad tube facility and global production expertise.
• It targets fast-growing markets in HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing and renewable-energy infrastructure with next-generation copper tube solutions.
• Aligned with the Make in India initiative, the alliance aims to strengthen domestic manufacturing capacity and reduce dependence on imports.
