Overview
- The Adani Foundation and Datta Meghe Institute of Higher Education and Research have partnered to develop DMIHER into a global Centre of Excellence for affordable healthcare education and delivery.
- The collaboration will strengthen DMIHER’s reach through enhanced academic innovation, clinical research and community health initiatives.
- DMIHER currently operates 15 institutes and five teaching hospitals, offering 217 academic programmes across 13 disciplines.
- The partnership builds on the Foundation’s 30-year social development mission that spans more than 7,000 villages and impacts 9.6 million lives.
- Inspired by Chairman Gautam Adani’s “Seva hi Sadhana hai” philosophy, the project aims to create a scalable model supporting a ‘Viksit Bharat’ by 2047.
