Adani Defence Signs Deal to Acquire 100% Stake in Indamer Technics

The agreement brings a DGCA- and FAA-approved 30-acre MRO campus at Nagpur into Adani’s network by supporting its integrated aviation services vision.

  • Adani Defence Systems and Technologies has signed a definitive agreement through its 50-50 venture Horizon Aero Solutions with Prime Aero Services to acquire 100% of Indamer Technics.
  • The acquisition brings to Adani a DGCA- and FAA-approved 30-acre greenfield facility at Nagpur’s MIHAN special economic zone that can handle 15 aircraft bays across 10 hangars.
  • Indamer Technics offers comprehensive MRO services including lease-return checks, heavy C-checks, structural repairs, and aircraft painting to both Indian carriers and international operators.
  • Jeet Adani and Ashish Rajvanshi said the deal follows Adani’s addition of Air Works and underpins the group’s ambition to create an integrated aviation services platform and position India as a global MRO hub.
  • Neither financial terms nor a closing date were disclosed, and the deal was revealed through an Adani Enterprises regulatory filing on August 11, 2025.
