- Hunter claims that after nearly being stepped on by Goth during a scene, he complained to the assistant director. He alleges that in the next take, Goth deliberately kicked him in the head.
- Hunter also alleges that Goth later confronted him in the bathroom, where she 'taunted, mocked, and belittled' him.
- After the incident, Hunter claims he was informed by the casting agency that he would not be returning to the shoot, leading him to also file a wrongful termination claim against Goth, the film's director Ti West, and production company A24.
- Hunter is seeking $250,000 for medical expenses, rehabilitation, related expenses, and punitive and/or exemplary damages.
