Actor Sebastian Chacon Faces Sexual Assault Lawsuit

The lawsuit was filed under New York’s Adult Survivors Act, which temporarily lifts the statute of limitations and expires tomorrow.
The first accuser claims Chacon groomed her when she was 16 and he was 24, leading to an alleged sexual assault incident.
The other two accusers allege that Chacon strangled them during intercourse and continued to have sex with them while they were unconscious.
Chacon's attorney denies the allegations and accuses the plaintiffs of attempting to extort money from Chacon.
