Overview

  • Acquire Corp and Red Dunes Games announced a multi-year co-development deal on July 14, 2025 to create original intellectual properties for global audiences.
  • The partnership brings together Tokyo-based Acquire, known for Tenchu and Way of the Samurai, and Abu Dhabi-founded Red Dunes Games led by Sultan Darmaki and Mohamed Jneibi.
  • Three early projects under the codenames Project Tremor, Project Umbra and Project Shadowcar are in active development for PC and major consoles with multilingual support.
  • Project Tremor features city-shaking kaiju battles, Project Umbra centers on dark fantasy hunts and Project Shadowcar explores a shadowy espionage thriller.
  • All three titles will make their initial appearance at the Tokyo Game Show in late September 2025.
