Overview
- The fire broke out at around 8:15 am in a block at the Castle Bromwich plant and was fully extinguished by 9:30 am.
- West Midlands Fire Service deployed about 50 firefighters with eight engines, three 4×4 response vehicles and a hydraulic aerial platform to tackle the blaze.
