• The ACB Special Court on July 22 ordered Rajahmundravaram Central Prison to treat YSR Congress Party MP P.V. Mithun Reddy as a special category prisoner with designated amenities
• The court granted him home-cooked meals three times daily, a dedicated bed and bedding, access to a television for parliamentary sessions and thrice-weekly visits by family and legal counsel
• Prison authorities were directed to provide in-jail healthcare and arrange outside medical care if his condition requires it
• Mithun Reddy must submit an undertaking to receive outside food and bear the costs of water bottles, newspapers and related items
• His father, senior YSRCP leader Peddireddy Ramachandra Reddy, has rented a villa on AV Appa Rao Road in Rajahmundry and insists the arrest is politically motivated
