• Ten incumbent governors were reelected to represent branches including Actors (Marlee Matlin), Directors (Jason Reitman) and Producers (Jason Blum).
• First-time board members include Focus Features chair Peter Kujawski and composer Carter Burwell, joined by visual effects lead Andrew Roberts and makeup artist Gigi Williams.
• Screenwriter Larry Karaszewski, costume designer Isis Mussenden and PR executive Christina Kounelias return after completing their hiatus.
• All branches except Production and Technology and Short Films held elections, with most selecting three governors and Animation choosing two.
