Christian Pulisic equalized for AC Milan with a penalty in the 71st minute, followed by an own goal from Juventus defender Federico Gatti four minutes later.
AC Milan will face city rival and reigning Super Cup champion Inter Milan in Monday's final, after Inter defeated Atalanta 2-0 in the other semi-final.
