Overview

• Chaired by Sheikh Khalid bin Mohammed bin Zayed, the Executive Council approved an AED 42 billion expansion to improve access to essential amenities across neighborhoods and advanced an AI-focused government agenda.
• The first phase delivered more than 60 projects with AED 12 billion spent, lifting neighborhood integration to 81% in 2025 and adding over 200 parks, 24 schools, 21 mosques, community majlis facilities, and new walking and cycling routes.
