- ABC published its official fall schedule on July 27, confirming key launch events that begin with Monday Night Football on Monday, Sept. 14 and college football on Aug. 29.
- Dancing With the Stars will open ABC’s entertainment slate with a two-night premiere on Tuesday, Sept. 15 and a special second night on Wednesday, Sept. 16, with the episode simulcasting live on Disney+ and streaming next day on Hulu.
- Comedy and unscripted premieres are frontloaded to create appointment viewing: Scrubs and Shark Tank each debut with two-episode nights on Wednesday, Sept. 30 before Shark Tank moves to its regular 10 p.m. slot on Oct. 7.
