AAP Says 'Fake Yamuna' Pipeline Was Removed at Vasudev Ghat, BJP Rebuts Claim

Saurabh Bharadwaj visited Vasudev Ghat after Chhath and alleged workers were dismantling a pipeline used to create an artificial clean section of the Yamuna.
He claimed the line was tapped from a Wazirabad Water Treatment Plant main and called the connection illegal, asking who authorised it and which contractor executed the work.
In a video, Bharadwaj displayed dark water and sludge from the site and said the river had returned to a polluted state beside the festival area.
Delhi BJP spokesperson Praveen Shankar Kapoor rejected the allegations and said AAP had effectively admitted the river’s condition matched what it left behind in office.
Kapoor asserted the Yamuna and ghats are now 25–30% cleaner under the current government and accused AAP of spreading falsehoods about cleanup efforts.
