Prosecutors presented surveillance footage and new evidence, including shell casings allegedly linked to the incident, while the defense argued the gun was a prop and the accusations were financially motivated.
The trial, delayed from November 2024, is set to continue on January 28, allowing the defense additional time to prepare.
