A24's 'Spring Breakers' and 'Moonlight' Set for First IMAX Screenings

The cult classic and Oscar-winning films will have one-night-only showings as part of A24's IMAX screening series.

A24 announced that Harmony Korine's 2013 cult classic 'Spring Breakers' and Barry Jenkins' 2016 Oscar-winning 'Moonlight' will be screened in IMAX for the first time.
'Moonlight' will have a one-night-only screening on February 27, while 'Spring Breakers' will be shown on March 19, with tickets available now.
The IMAX screenings are part of A24's monthly series showcasing remastered classics from its film library, which has included titles like 'Hereditary,' 'Midsommar,' and 'Everything Everywhere All At Once.'
Selena Gomez, who starred in 'Spring Breakers,' reflected on the film's significance in her transition to mature acting roles, calling it an 'audacious and important movie.'
Both films will be screened at IMAX locations across the U.S. and select international venues, highlighting A24's strategy to reintroduce iconic films to new audiences.
