A24 Acquires U.S. Rights to Alexander Skarsgard's 'Pillion'

The film, directed by Harry Lighton, is a comedic romance exploring a sub-dom relationship within a biker gang.

Pillion is the debut feature film by BAFTA-nominated director Harry Lighton, known for his short film Wren Boys.
The movie stars Alexander Skarsgard as a biker gang leader and Harry Melling as his submissive partner.
Pillion is based on Adam Mars-Jones’ award-winning novel Box Hill and wrapped production this past summer.
Element Pictures produced the film with financing from BBC Film and BFI, and Cornerstone manages worldwide sales.
A24 has added Pillion to its diverse lineup for the awards season, alongside films featuring Florence Pugh and Hugh Grant.
