Overview

• Rijkswaterstaat shut the A10 ring’s eastern segment from Friday night for asphalt replacement and repairs to bridges, tunnels and viaducts.
• Traffic is being rerouted via the A1–A9–A2 and through the Coentunnel to A10 West, with warnings not to divert onto local streets.
• Concurrent works around Rotterdam include a north–south closure of the A16 at the Van Brienenoordbrug and lane, ramp and local network shutdowns near Beneluxplein.
• The A20 between Vlaardingen and Maasdijk is closed Friday 22:00–05:00 for asphalting with a detour via the A4 and N223, and the Spijkenisserbrug is shut all weekend with a ferry for pedestrians and cyclists.
• Rijkswaterstaat forecasts up to about 30 minutes of extra travel time on affected routes during the closures.
