‘A Complete Unknown’ Wins Big at 2025 AARP Movies for Grownups Awards

The Bob Dylan biopic took home Best Picture and Best Time Capsule honors at the postponed ceremony hosted by Alan Cumming.

The 24th AARP Movies for Grownups Awards recognized films and TV shows created by and for audiences aged 50 and older.
‘A Complete Unknown,’ directed by James Mangold, led the event with two wins: Best Picture and Best Time Capsule.
Adrien Brody and Demi Moore won Best Actor and Best Actress for their roles in ‘The Brutalist’ and ‘The Substance,’ respectively.
Glenn Close received the Career Achievement Award, honoring her decades-long contributions to film and television.
The ceremony, delayed due to Los Angeles wildfires, will air on PBS’s ‘Great Performances’ on February 23, 2025.
