- Ann Arbor Police released the Dec. 10 call obtained via FOIA in which Kelli Moore asks dispatchers to track her husband’s phone and says he told her he was trying to kill himself.
- Prosecutors allege Moore forced his way into a staffer’s residence that same day, grabbed butter knives and scissors, and threatened self-harm while saying, “You ruined my life.”
- Moore was arrested later on Dec. 10 and charged with third-degree home invasion, misdemeanor stalking, and misdemeanor breaking and entering before a Dec. 12 arraignment.
- He is free on a $25,000 bond with GPS monitoring and a no-contact order, with a preliminary hearing scheduled for Jan. 22.
