9-Year-Old Daughter of Bruce Willis and Emma Heming Willis Educating Herself to Help Care for Father with Dementia

Emma Heming Willis said her 9-year-old daughter Evelyn learned about the importance of hydration for dementia patients in order to help care for her father Bruce Willis, who was recently diagnosed with frontotemporal dementia.
Evelyn asked her mother if people with dementia can become severely dehydrated after reading about dementia during her free time at school.
Emma Heming Willis encouraged her daughter's curiosity and said that educating ourselves about loved ones' diseases is one of the most compassionate things we can do to support them.
Bruce Willis and Emma Heming Willis have two daughters: Mabel, 11, and Evelyn, 9.
Bruce Willis received a diagnosis of frontotemporal dementia in February and had a previous diagnosis of aphasia last year.
