Police have arrested 15 individuals, including the main accused, and a Special Investigation Team has been formed to probe the incident.
Political leaders, including Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge and RJD leader Tejashwi Yadav, have condemned the violence and criticized the ruling NDA government.
Chief Minister Nitish Kumar has ordered an on-site investigation and emphasized the need to apprehend all suspects swiftly.
