- Arjun Kumar, also known as Bhola, was arrested by a Delhi Police Crime Branch team at Raxaul on the India–Nepal border.
- He had been wanted since November 16, 2017, for allegedly stabbing and slitting the throat of a 22-year-old woman in New Ashok Nagar, Delhi.
- The accused was declared a proclaimed offender and carried a Rs 1 lakh reward as investigators maintained long-term surveillance.
