8-Year-Old Girl Thwarts Armed Robber at Minnesota Liquor Store

The young girl used a baseball bat to help her father fend off a would-be robber wielding a BB gun.

Surveillance footage shows the girl repeatedly hitting the suspect with a bat as her father wrestled him to the ground.
The suspect, identified as Conchobhar Morrell, 37, fled the scene but was later arrested by police.
Morrell, who was dressed in an Amazon uniform, was charged with first-degree attempted aggravated robbery.
The girl's father, Leo, expressed pride and surprise at his daughter's bravery and quick thinking.
Amazon confirmed Morrell was a third-party delivery associate and has since been offboarded.
