- Authorities describe Frazier as an African American boy, 3 feet 8 inches tall, weighing 60 lbs., wearing a beige sweatsuit and black sneakers.
- Upshaw is identified as a 43-year-old African American male, about 6 feet tall and 175 lbs., driving a beige Cadillac sedan with dark-tinted windows and black rims, and anyone with information is urged to call 312-747-8274 or 911.
