74th Berlin International Film Festival to Premiere 'Spaceman' Starring Adam Sandler

- Julia von Heinz's 'Treasure', starring Lena Dunham and Stephen Fry, will also have its world premiere at the festival.
- The festival will run from February 15 to 25, 2024, with the complete Berlinale Specials lineup to be finalized by mid-January.
